Sleep is one of the foundations of health, yet so many people struggle with it. In this conversation, we explore how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) can help people break free from cycles of poor sleep. I share how CBT-I works, what kinds of interventions are most effective, and even a simple tool anyone can use to track their sleep and bring meaningful information to their doctor or therapist.


We also talk about my work as a Certified Sex Therapist and Certified EMDR therapist, and Kealy invites me to answer her Being Seen Questionnaire—a fun way to get to know me on a more personal level.
